After lots of opposition to many of the points presented in RP 2010, by the people of Goa, by rationale, the task force has done a great job in sorting it. RPG-21 indeed provides these clarifications but fear is that I still cant believe the bureaucracy. I hope the heritage of Goa is preserved and its our job to look upon it.
